Event Calendar Workshop

Do you have a problem remembering birthdays and anniversaries?  I know I do!  That is why I love this cute Event Calendar. (Also known as a perpetual calendar).



 A very creative CTMH consultant shared her version of an event calendar using the special Pair A Phase double sized stamp set designed for National Stamping Month and I just LOVE it!  I put my spin on it (yes, it involves sparkle!) and I am offering it as a workshop.

You will receive a spiral bound Event Calendar, a set of Black Mini Medley Accents and all of your papers precut.

 The workshop will be held on two dates - Thursday, September 22 at 7 pm or Saturday, September 24 at 11 am.  Cost is $20 or make two for $36.   Please RSVP by September 15th so I can make sure to have enough time to order the supplies.

Pop-Out Scrapbook Workshop

It is workshop time!  Check out this cute little Pop-Out Scrapbook I made using our Sophia papers.

 Isn't it so cute.  What a perfect little gift for a special friend.  I got the inspiration for it at our Convention this summer - the only thing is I can't remember the name of the consultant that shared it during Extravaganza!  I would love to give her credit for the design.

Chat & Scrap Time

Do you need some inspiration to get restarted (or even started) on your latest scrapbook project?  Or a place to go and work without family interruptions?  Or just want to get out for the evening?   Then you need to come over for a Chat & Scrap!

What is a Chat & Scrap?  Bring your project over to the 'Glitter Queen's Studio' and work without any of the  interruptions that you get at home.  You will have access to all of my tools, stamps, inks, punches and even my new Cricut and the Art Philosophy Cartridge.

The evening/afternoon includes lunch or dinner and snacks.  And there will even be a simple Make & Take project.  All for $10.  Please RSVP to Sue if you plan on attending.

On Fridays we start at 6 pm and go as late as you can go....
On Sundays we start at 11 am and go as long as you care to crop....

New and Improved Idea Book

The new CTMH Idea Book is now available and I have to say, it is AWESOME!  Jeanette and her staff have really outdone themselves this time!

What makes it so great!  Here are a few highlights:

• Cricut Art Philosophy Bundle - CTMH has now partnered with Cricut to create an awesome cartridge with 700 images.  Many of these images coordinate with our stamp images so you can cut out your stamped images easily.  Look for the Cricut icon throughout the book for images that are included in the cartridge.  The bundle comes with three D size stamp sets and three sets of Dimensional Elements.  Watch my future posts for some cool videos showing ways to use the cartridge in your art work.  You are going to love it!  Thank you CTMH for this outstanding tool for us to use on our projects.  Talk about a time saver!

Welcome....

Welcome to my blog.  Yes, I have joined the world of blogging.  Wish me well and I hope you enjoy following what I have to share....

Earlier this month I got to spend a week in Anaheim with my best friend.  We started out the week playing in Disneyland and ended the week at the annual Close To My Heart Convention at the Disneyland Hotel.  What an awesome week!  My two favorite things - Disney and Close To My Heart.  I was in heaven.

At Convention we got to see all of the new exciting products that will be coming out in the next Idea Book starting August 1, including the grand announcement that CTMH has partnered with Cricut to create an awesome cartridge that has the shapes and elements of many of our stamp sets.

This all starts August 1 and I will be sharing more details very soon.  First I want to share what is going on this month.  First, 8 paper packs will be retired as of July 31st.  More information on each is available when you click on the name of the pack.  They are:

You can still order any of these paper packs from now until the end of the month, either online from my website or directly from me.  But don't wait too long.

Cardstock Packaging and Pricing will also be changing in the next Idea Book.  Currently our 12 X 12 Cardstock packages sell for $9.50 for 24 sheets.  These packs will sell for $14.50 starting August 1.  Also, each Idea Book will only include selected cardstock colors in the 24 packs.  The rest of the colors will be available in handy Shade Packs.  This means that if you have a favorite color that you use a lot, now is the time to order a pack and save some money.
